Stairs are where most vacuums are worst. An upright has to be balanced on a step, and a short-hosed canister has to be moved every few treads. The iFORCE is specified against that with extra long hose reach and the attachments to match: a power nozzle for carpeted stairs and a combination floor tool for hardwood ones.
