The ELITE is the CTX water filtration canister supplied with the Prolux Storm shampooer kit, so one unit covers the daily vacuum and the periodic carpet clean instead of two machines sharing a closet. Soil filters through water rather than a bag, which means suction holds as the basin loads and the operator can see the result when it is emptied. Adding the Storm kit turns the same canister into a carpet shampoo system without a second motor or a second purchase.
