Prolux PLCCV12K power unit: a drop-in replacement for a tired central vacuum

Most central vacuum calls are not new installs. The pipe run in the walls is fine, the inlets are fine, and the canister in the garage has lost suction. This is the power unit on its own for exactly that job: it mounts to the wall bracket, connects to standard inlet piping, and returns the existing system to service without opening a single wall.

Small offices, salons and bed-and-breakfast properties with existing inlet piping are the same job at a slightly larger scale. Note that this is the power unit only, so an install that also needs a hose and power nozzle should be specified as the complete kit instead. It weighs 55 lb boxed and mounts on the included wall bracket.
