Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Order Confirmation

We begin to process all orders within 1-2 business days. Transit will take 4-5 business days. In total the delivery takes 5-7 business days.

2. Order Shipment

You'll receive tracking details via email within 24 hours after your order has shipped. If you haven't received tracking information within six business days, please reach out to us at info@uscleaningtools.com. We offer free shipping for most brands with orders over $300 to the 48 contiguous U.S. states, including the District of Columbia. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

For Abatement Technologies, Hawk, Ebac and Namco products:

– A flat $250 shipping fee applies to orders under $3,000.

– Orders over $3,000 qualify for free shipping.

For Tornado, Powr-Flite and Therma-Kleen products:

– A flat $200 shipping fee applies to orders under $2,500.

– Orders over $2,500 qualify for free shipping.

This shipping fee applies on heavy products only.

For Hafcovac products:

– A flat $300 shipping fee applies for all products.

3. Shipping Damage Protection Guarantee

Every order placed with US Cleaning Tools is protected against in-transit damage, at no additional cost to you. We ship through vetted parcel and freight carriers and stand behind each shipment until it reaches you in proper working condition.

If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

Inspect the packaging and contents at the time of delivery.
Note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing, or refuse the delivery.
Photograph the packaging and the product within 48 hours of delivery.
Email the photos and your order number to info@uscleaningtools.com.

Once we receive your report, we will arrange repair, replacement, or a full refund at no cost to you, including any return or reshipment freight. You are never charged for damage that occurs in transit. Prompt inspection and reporting help us resolve your claim quickly.

5. Shipping Options

We provide free shipping (except Abatement Technologies, Hawk, Ebac and Namco products) throughout the continental USA. In some cases, our third-party suppliers may manage and ship your products directly. We do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. For any additional inquiries or specific shipping requests, please contact our customer service team.

7. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

9. Shipping Couriers

Our shipping partners include USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Freight Club.

10. Sales Tax

We collect sales tax only on orders shipped to states where we have economic or physical nexus: California, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Texas, New York and Wyoming. The exact rate is calculated automatically at checkout based on your ship-to ZIP code. Buyers in any other state see $0 sales tax.

Tax-exempt buyers (resellers, government, 501(c)(3) nonprofits): email a valid resale or exemption certificate to info@uscleaningtools.com before placing your order. Include your tax ID and the issuing state. Tax paid on completed orders is generally not refundable — exemption must be set up in advance.
