The XPOWER X-2700 is a 550 CFM HEPA air scrubber for restoration and construction crews who need to clean the air in a contained area or run negative air with ducting. A three-stage filter path and a five-speed motor let one machine cover occupied-space cleaning and aggressive containment work. It draws 2.8 amps, so several units can run off one job-site circuit.
X-2700 3-Stage Filtration and Variable Airflow

- Three-stage filter path — a washable NFS13 nylon mesh and a PF13 pleated media filter catch coarse debris first, so the HEPA35-33 final filter lasts longer between changes
- 550 CFM from a 1/2 HP external rotor motor — scrubs a contained work area or runs as negative air with a 6 in duct connection
- Five speeds, 800 to 2,950 RPM — dial airflow down in occupied spaces or up for faster air turnover
- 2.8 amps at 115V — lets several units share a circuit on the same job
- Filter-change indicator and tool-less changes — cut downtime when filters load up mid-job
- 23.7 lb stackable ABS housing, 13 ft cord — moves room to room and stores in a stack between calls
X-2700 Applications and Environments
The X-2700 fits water-damage restoration, mold remediation, construction dust control, occupied renovations, and air cleaning in schools, healthcare, and abatement work. It is ETL and CETL listed, has a 6 in duct collar for negative-air containment, and ships with the NFS13, PF13, and HEPA35-33 filters installed. A one-year limited warranty covers the unit. Pair it with containment poly and ducting to set up a pressure differential during demolition and rebuild.
