The PressurePro Model 1 is a self-contained differential manometer that records containment pressure in inches of water column and logs every job to internal memory. It is built for asbestos and lead abatement crews, mold remediation contractors, and restoration teams that need a documented pressure record for each containment. Each job is stored under its own name, address, and start and end dates, so the log doubles as a compliance record you can print on site.
PressurePro Model 1 Monitoring, Alarms, and Job Logging
The touchscreen sets negative or positive pressure targets and two independent alarm thresholds.
- Real-time reading in inches WC: the lid window shows current pressure and alarm state with the case closed, keeping the unit dry on wet job sites
- Two programmable alarms: audible and visual alerts fire when containment leaves the operating window, with factory defaults of -0.020" WC and -0.040" WC for abatement work
- Per-job logging to internal memory: stores each job by name, address, and date; non-volatile memory holds the record for later printout or transfer
- Pressure Assist Outlet: switches a connected negative air machine up to 2000 CFM to hold pressure during door openings, containment breaches, or windy conditions
- Temperature compensation: corrects readings across job-site temperature swings so logged pressures stay accurate
- Onboard thermal printer and USB port: prints the job log on site or copies it to a flash drive through the Type A port
PressurePro Model 1 Power, Runtime, and Site Setup
The Model 1 runs on AC power with a rechargeable battery for portable use between outlets. The 1800 mAh lithium-polymer cell delivers 5 to 6 hours of runtime, and the unit operates from 32°F to 113°F on battery and -4°F to 140°F on AC power. It draws 120 VAC at 60 Hz and provides a switched outlet for the negative air machine on the Pressure Assist circuit. The 5 mm sensing hose runs up to 75 feet from the manometer to the containment, and the handle lets you hang the unit on a wall hook with the lid closed for a clear, protected view of the reading. The WiFi model adds wireless connectivity so crews can check containment pressure remotely from a phone or laptop. The Model 1 carries a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser.
