PressurePro Differential Pressure Recorders
PressurePro is a line of differential pressure recorders from Adaptive Manometer Systems, Inc. for contractors who need to retrieve containment performance records after a job. The Model 1 is available in standard and WiFi configurations for abatement, remediation, and restoration work.
Why choose PressurePro for containment documentation?
The Model 1 saves each project to non-volatile internal memory with the job name, address, and start and end dates. Crews can print records in the field with the onboard thermal printer or transfer them to a flash drive through the USB Type A port. These records can be used for project closeout and compliance documentation. For background on regulated asbestos work, see the EPA asbestos NESHAP rules for demolition and renovation and the OSHA asbestos standard and worker protections.
How does the Model 1 help crews manage pressure changes?
The Model 1 has two programmable audible and visual alarm thresholds, factory-set at −0.020" WC and −0.040" WC. Its Pressure Assist Outlet can switch a connected negative air machine up to 2000 CFM when pressure changes during a door opening or containment breach.
What can crews see and save in the field?
The touchscreen displays differential pressure in inches of water column. A window in the lid lets crews check the reading and alarm state without opening the case. Temperature compensation maintains reading accuracy as job-site temperatures change. The 5 mm sensing hose can extend up to 75 feet from the recorder to the containment.
Which PressurePro configuration fits the job?
The standard Model 1 provides on-unit monitoring, data logging, field printing, and USB transfer. The WiFi version also lets supervisors check pressure remotely from a phone or laptop.
