+1 (978) 295-7538JP-3504-3MKB Gas Pressure Washer — JP Series 3500 PSI, 3.5 GPM with Kohler CH440
The Mi-T-M JP Series JP-3504-3MKB is the Kohler-powered version of the JP 3,500 PSI platform, pairing the same AR crankshaft pump and JP frame with a 429cc Kohler CH440 OHV engine.
JP-3504-3MKB Kohler CH440 Engine and Pump System
The CH440's full-pressure lubrication is a meaningful specification for sustained daily operation — it maintains oil pressure to bearing surfaces regardless of operating angle or load fluctuations.
- 3,500 PSI at 3.5 GPM (12,250 CU) — same output as Honda and Mi-T-M variants; engine choice does not affect pump output
- AR crankshaft pump — triplex ceramic plunger; rated for sustained high-output operation at 3.5 GPM and 3,500 PSI
- 48-inch lance, 50-foot non-marking hose — extended reach for fleet vehicles and large equipment from one position
- 10-inch flat-free tires, 40-inch powder-coated steel frame — job site rated; 142 lbs requires two-person trailer loading
- Adjustable pressure unloader — scale output pressure down for vehicle washing without nozzle changes
JP-3504-3MKB Applications and Environments
Municipal equipment yards, agricultural cooperatives, and construction operations that run Kohler-powered equipment benefit from consolidated engine purchasing with this model. Fleet washing operations cleaning semi-trucks, tankers, and construction equipment get 12,250 CU throughput from a machine that integrates with their existing Kohler service program.
JP-3504-3MKB GPM, PSI, and Nozzle Configuration
Rated at 3.5 GPM at 3,500 PSI (12,250 cleaning units) at rated flow. Includes 0°, 15°, and 25° quick-connect nozzles; 50-foot × 3/8-inch non-marking hose; 48-inch lance with insulated trigger gun. Cold water only. 49-state Kohler CH440 — not for sale in California.
