JP-3504-3MHB Gas Pressure Washer — JP Series 3500 PSI, 3.5 GPM with Honda GX390
The Mi-T-M JP Series JP-3504-3MHB is the highest-output model in the JP direct-drive line, producing 3,500 PSI at 3.5 GPM — 12,250 cleaning units — powered by a 389cc Honda GX390 OHV engine and an AR crankshaft pump. At 36% more cleaning units than the JP-3003 (9,000 CU), the JP-3504 handles sustained heavy equipment washing, concrete stripping, and fleet cleaning where lower-output models work too slowly. The Honda GX390 is Honda's commercial heavy-duty single-cylinder, used in compactors, concrete saws, and high-flow pumps.
JP-3504-3MHB High-Output Configuration
The 3.5 GPM flow rate combined with 3,500 PSI is the critical specification for operators who prioritize throughput — more GPM means more water volume rinsing the surface per pass, which accelerates cleaning on large surface areas more than additional PSI alone.
3,500 PSI at 3.5 GPM (12,250 CU) — handles fleet washing, concrete stripping, and heavy agricultural equipment at commercial throughput
389cc Honda GX390 OHV engine — Honda's commercial heavy-duty single-cylinder with 11.7 ft-lbs torque; adequate for sustained 3.5 GPM pump operation without load drop
AR crankshaft pump — triplex ceramic plunger pump; rated for high sustained flow rates and extended daily use
48-inch lance — longer reach than 36-inch for working at distance on tall equipment and vehicle sides
50-foot non-marking hose — covers full vehicle wash bays and equipment rows from one position
Fleet maintenance operations washing Class 6–8 trucks and trailers find the 12,250 CU output reduces wash time meaningfully versus 9,000 CU machines. Concrete contractors stripping cured form oil and mineral bond from foundation walls use the 3,500 PSI to cut through residue that 3,000 PSI units work too slowly on. Agricultural cooperatives washing large grain combines and field equipment benefit from the 3.5 GPM flow rate moving mud and crop residue efficiently. County road departments and utility maintenance fleets running regular equipment wash stations find the Honda GX390 straightforward to service in-house.

How does the JP-3504-3MHB compare to the JP-3003-3MHB?
The JP-3504 adds 500 PSI and 0.5 GPM more flow, producing 12,250 vs 9,000 cleaning units — 36% more productivity. It also steps up to the Honda GX390 (389cc) from the GX270 (270cc). Step up when fleet washing or concrete stripping throughput on the JP-3003 is too slow.
Is the JP-3504-3MHB the same as the JP-3504-3MMB in batch 073?
Performance is identical: both produce 3,500 PSI at 3.5 GPM through the same AR crankshaft pump. The 3MHB uses a Honda GX390; the 3MMB in batch 073 uses a 420cc Mi-T-M OHV. Choose based on engine service preference.
What oil does the Honda GX390 require?
Honda specifies SAE 10W-30 for the GX390. Oil capacity is approximately 1.16 quarts. Change at 5-hour break-in, then every 100 hours. The GX390 does not include a low-oil shutoff in all configurations — check the oil level before every use.
Is the JP-3504-3MHB available for California?
No — the Honda GX390 is a 49-state non-CARB engine. Contact Mi-T-M for California-compliant configurations.
Can the JP-3504-3MHB run a surface cleaner?
Yes — a 18–21 inch surface cleaner rated for 3,500 PSI and up to 3.5 GPM is compatible. Match the surface cleaner's flow requirement to this unit's 3.5 GPM output for balanced spin speed and cleaning coverage.
What is the lance length and why is it longer than lower JP models?
The JP-3504 includes a 48-inch lance (vs 36-inch on lower-output JP models). The longer lance is standard on higher-output models to provide working distance from the surface — at 3,500 PSI, maintaining distance protects surfaces and reduces operator fatigue from spray deflection.

Located in the Twin Cities in Minnesota, we acquired our Brio Air Filter in mid-late Spring of this year (2023) when pollen count was high and we were beginning to experience the effects of Poor Air Quality Index as a result of smoke particulates from fires in Canada that caused the air in much of Minnesota to become hazy and simply dirty.
It is so easy to share our experience with the Brio Air Filter given how quickly and efficiently it removed pollen, dust, and smoke particles from the environment inside our home. Two people in our home who suffer from pollen-related allergies during the spring immediately experienced easier breathing and elimination of symptoms within the house. With respect to smoke particulates from Canada drifting into our environment, EVERYONE in our home experienced directly improved breathing and smell of the air when entering from outside.
An additional piece of information to account for is that we have always employed high grade furnace filters in our home’s central HVAC system. With that high grade filtration in place both prior to and after acquiring a Brio home air filter, we all quickly agreed that deploying the Brio in our home made an easily noticeable positive difference in breathing inside our home. Additionally, those of us who clean our home have observed that dust builds up slower on our floors and furniture than before we deployed the Brio unit.
We did note that the Brio is not as quiet as a few other brands/models on the market that we have tried in our home but the efficiency and quality of the filtration, along with the air turnover rate it provides, allows us to locate the Brio unit in central rooms away from the bedrooms. Since we made that change there has been no noise-related effect on our sleep, while the unit maintains the same level of air cleanliness throughout our home.
A last key point to make is how easy the Brio unit is to maintain. The simplicity of the modular construction of the Brio unit makes it very quick and easy to keep the filtration sections clean. We have not yet reached a point of filter replacement but it is obvious to us that the replacement will take a matter of seconds and can be executed by anyone in our home, including our 10-year-old son.
It seems to help reduce my allergy issues. We're glad we bought it. The only problem I had was not seeing any cubic footage recommendations in the online description when purchasing the unit. Bedrooms vary widely in size!!
