JP-3504-3MMB Gas Pressure Washer — JP Series 3500 PSI with Mi-T-M OHV Engine
The JP-3504-3MMB produces 3500 PSI at 3.5 GPM — 12,250 cleaning units — from a 420cc Mi-T-M OHV engine paired with an AR crankshaft pump. The JP-3504 is the entry to Mi-T-M's high-output JP Series; at this output level it handles fleet washing, agriculture equipment, and property maintenance work that stalls lighter 3000 PSI units. Buyers choosing between the 3MMB (Mi-T-M OHV), 3MHB (Honda GX390), and 3MKB (Kohler CH440) variants get identical frame, pump, and accessories — the only difference is the engine and its authorized service network.
JP-3504-3MMB Cleaning Output and Engine Comparison
At 12,250 CU the 3504 frame outpaces the JP-3003 (9,000 CU) by 36 percent, enough to meaningfully reduce rinse passes on large surfaces. The Mi-T-M OHV engine suits buyers whose preferred repair shop stocks Mi-T-M parts or who want uniform engine inventory across a multi-unit fleet.
3500 PSI at 3.5 GPM (12,250 CU) — removes heavy mud, road film, and oxidized paint from equipment without multiple passes
420cc Mi-T-M OHV engine — direct factory parts support; matches fleets already running Mi-T-M power equipment
AR crankshaft pump, forged brass manifold — crankshaft geometry handles sustained daily operation better than axial designs
Thermal relief valve and in-line water strainer — protects pump from heat build-up when trigger is held closed and from particulates in supply water
50-ft × 3/8-in non-marking hose, 48-in lance — longer lance reduces back strain; 50-ft reach covers most trailer and box truck lengths
Powder-coated steel frame, 10-in flat-free tires — withstands job-site impact; tires never need inflation mid-shift
JP-3504-3MMB Applications and Environments
Fleet maintenance operations use the JP-3504-3MMB to wash trucks, trailers, and construction equipment where 3000 PSI units leave road film on heavily soiled undercarriages. Agricultural producers wash combines, sprayers, and grain trailers at season end. Property maintenance contractors clean parking decks, loading docks, and building facades. Municipalities apply it to street sweeper washdown and vehicle yard cleaning. Construction firms use it for concrete form cleaning and equipment prep before painting.
JP-3504-3MMB GPM, PSI, and Nozzle Configuration
Rated at 3.5 GPM at 3500 PSI (12,250 cleaning units) at rated flow. Includes quick-connect nozzles in 0°, 15°, and 25° patterns; 50-ft × 3/8-in non-marking high-pressure hose; 48-in lance with insulated trigger gun. Cold water only. 49-state engine — not for sale in California.

Mi-T-M JP-3504-3MMB Gas Pressure Washer – 3500 PSI, 3.5 G...
What does 12,250 cleaning units mean for the JP-3504-3MMB?
Cleaning units (CU) = PSI × GPM. The JP-3504-3MMB produces 3500 × 3.5 = 12,250 CU. By comparison, a 3000 PSI / 3.0 GPM unit produces 9,000 CU — 36% less cleaning power per pass. Higher CU means fewer rinse passes on heavily soiled surfaces like muddy equipment or road-filmed trucks.
How does the JP-3504-3MMB differ from the JP-3504-3MHB and JP-3504-3MKB?
All three share the same 3500 PSI / 3.5 GPM rating, AR crankshaft pump, steel frame, 50-ft hose, and 48-in lance. The only difference is the engine: 3MMB uses a 420cc Mi-T-M OHV, 3MHB uses a 389cc Honda GX390, and 3MKB uses a Kohler CH440. Choose based on your preferred engine service network.
Is the JP-3504-3MMB AR pump an axial or crankshaft design?
The AR pump on the JP-3504-3MMB is a crankshaft design. Crankshaft pumps use a separate bearing assembly that keeps the pump oil isolated from engine heat, allowing sustained operation in daily commercial use. Axial pumps share a shaft with the engine and are better suited for lighter-duty intermittent use.
Can the JP-3504-3MMB be sold or operated in California?
No. The 420cc Mi-T-M OHV engine is a 49-state engine that does not meet California Air Resources Board (CARB) small engine emissions standards. It cannot be sold or registered for use in California.
What accessories are included with the JP-3504-3MMB?
The JP-3504-3MMB includes three quick-connect nozzles (0°, 15°, 25°), a 50-ft × 3/8-in non-marking high-pressure hose, a 48-in lance, and an insulated trigger gun. The Mi-T-M adjustable pressure unloader is installed on the pump.
What is the thermal relief valve on the JP-3504-3MMB?
The thermal relief valve automatically releases a small amount of hot water when the trigger is closed for extended periods, preventing heat build-up in the pump head. This protects the pump seals and pistons from damage during idle periods on job sites.

Located in the Twin Cities in Minnesota, we acquired our Brio Air Filter in mid-late Spring of this year (2023) when pollen count was high and we were beginning to experience the effects of Poor Air Quality Index as a result of smoke particulates from fires in Canada that caused the air in much of Minnesota to become hazy and simply dirty.
It is so easy to share our experience with the Brio Air Filter given how quickly and efficiently it removed pollen, dust, and smoke particles from the environment inside our home. Two people in our home who suffer from pollen-related allergies during the spring immediately experienced easier breathing and elimination of symptoms within the house. With respect to smoke particulates from Canada drifting into our environment, EVERYONE in our home experienced directly improved breathing and smell of the air when entering from outside.
An additional piece of information to account for is that we have always employed high grade furnace filters in our home’s central HVAC system. With that high grade filtration in place both prior to and after acquiring a Brio home air filter, we all quickly agreed that deploying the Brio in our home made an easily noticeable positive difference in breathing inside our home. Additionally, those of us who clean our home have observed that dust builds up slower on our floors and furniture than before we deployed the Brio unit.
We did note that the Brio is not as quiet as a few other brands/models on the market that we have tried in our home but the efficiency and quality of the filtration, along with the air turnover rate it provides, allows us to locate the Brio unit in central rooms away from the bedrooms. Since we made that change there has been no noise-related effect on our sleep, while the unit maintains the same level of air cleanliness throughout our home.
A last key point to make is how easy the Brio unit is to maintain. The simplicity of the modular construction of the Brio unit makes it very quick and easy to keep the filtration sections clean. We have not yet reached a point of filter replacement but it is obvious to us that the replacement will take a matter of seconds and can be executed by anyone in our home, including our 10-year-old son.
It seems to help reduce my allergy issues. We're glad we bought it. The only problem I had was not seeing any cubic footage recommendations in the online description when purchasing the unit. Bedrooms vary widely in size!!
