H-20S Hercules Floor Sander — Sealed Motor Protection for Dusty Sanding Environments

The Mercury H-20S Hercules is a 20-inch floor sanding machine with a completely sealed 1.5 HP motor — the defining feature that separates it from open-motor floor machines. In wood sanding, concrete grinding, and stone resurfacing environments where fine dust is unavoidable, an unsealed motor will eventually accumulate debris on the windings and fail. The H-20S eliminates that failure mode. It shares the same triple-planetary high-torque transmission and polished aluminum chassis as the H-20E, but with sealed motor protection that extends service life in the dustiest environments.
