NIST traceable On-Demand Calibrator lets you check your Orion pinless wood moisture meter's calibration in the field. To use this replacement, you must send your meter back to Wagner for factory pairing.
On-Demand Calibrator Pairing and Documentation
Each calibrator is matched to a specific meter.
- Calibration documentation — Includes a Certificate of Calibration traceable to NIST standards, with a 2-year NIST certificate.
- Field verification — Check your meter's calibration after an event such as a drop.
- Orion compatibility — Works with all Orion pinless wood moisture meters, but requires individual factory pairing.
On-Demand Calibrator Use During Inspections and Flooring Work
Inspectors can use the NIST traceable On-Demand Calibrator to check calibration in the field. Flooring contractors can check their paired meter during wood flooring work, and the included certificate provides calibration documentation.
You must send your meter back to Wagner for pairing with this replacement calibrator.

Shipping & Returns
Free shipping on most brands for orders over $300, delivered to the lower 48 states. Any brand-specific freight rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Freight deliveries: inspect your equipment on arrival and note any damage on the delivery receipt. Items damaged in transit or defective on arrival are fully covered at no cost to you.
Cancellations: cancel any time before your order ships. Refunds are issued for the order total minus a non-refundable payment processing fee, which may apply, so a cancellation is not always a 100% refund. No fee is deducted if we cancel the order or the item arrives damaged or defective.
