+1 (978) 295-7538On-Demand Calibrator Pairing for Your Orion Meter
A replacement On-Demand Calibrator stands in for the lost or damaged calibrator that came paired with your Orion pinless wood moisture meter. Each calibrator is matched to one specific meter, so you must send your meter back to Wagner's factory to complete the pairing.
Orion Compatibility and Serial Number Matching
This is the standard version without a NIST certificate.
- Orion compatibility — compatible with all Orion pinless wood moisture meters.
- Individual pairing — matched to your specific meter.
- Serial verification — the calibrator serial number must match the meter serial number inside the battery compartment.
Replacing Your Orion Calibrator
Flooring installers, woodworkers and building inspectors who use an Orion meter on the job should plan for the meter to be away while Wagner completes the factory pairing. The replacement On-Demand Calibrator can only be used with the meter it has been paired to.
You must send your meter to Wagner's factory to have this calibrator paired with it.
Manufacturer's Warranty
This product comes with a full manufacturer's warranty. All warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer.

Shipping & Returns
Free shipping on most brands for orders over $300, delivered to the lower 48 states. Any brand-specific freight rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing & delivery: in-stock orders ship in 2–7 business days. Tracking is emailed within 24 hours of shipment. Built-to-order equipment shows its lead time on this page.
Freight deliveries: inspect your equipment on arrival and note any damage on the delivery receipt. Items damaged in transit or defective on arrival are fully covered at no cost to you.
Cancellations: cancel any time before your order ships. Refunds are issued for the order total minus a non-refundable payment processing fee, which may apply, so a cancellation is not always a 100% refund. No fee is deducted if we cancel the order or the item arrives damaged or defective.
30-day returns: return unused equipment in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns are subject to a restocking fee. To start a return, email info@uscleaningtools.com or call +1 (978) 295-7538.
