Its 50–500 PSI adjustable pump lets operators set the solution pressure for carpet extraction, upholstery work, and other compatible cleaning tasks. A 1750 W heater helps loosen embedded soils with heated solution. Dual 5.7" 3-stage motors produce 185" water lift and 107 CFM for steady recovery on demanding jobs.

The Neptune 500H has large-capacity tanks, straightforward controls, and jobsite mobility. The machine-only configuration is intended for buyers who already have compatible hoses, wands, and specialty tools. Its dual-cord power arrangement splits the machine's electrical demand across the available connections.
