A 27-gallon solution tank and 27-gallon recovery tank stretch the time between stops, the disc deck applies up to 132 lbs of brush pressure at 160 RPM, and the flooded lead-acid pack trades a lower upfront cost for periodic watering. How the Deck, Tanks, and Battery Work
Two 14" disc brushes turn at 160 RPM under as much as 132 lbs of down pressure, scrubbing VCT, sealed concrete, and tile in one pass. Spent solution lifts through the 33.8" squeegee on a 580 W vacuum motor, and the squeegee pulls up out of the way in reverse.
Clean solution holds in a 27-gallon polyethylene tank while dirty water returns to a 27-gallon recovery tank of the same molded build. The 24V flooded lead-acid battery needs periodic topping with distilled water to hold capacity over its service life.
