How the Brush Deck, Tanks, and Battery Work
The deck spins a single brush at 155 RPM under 48.5 lbs of pressure, which lifts ground-in soil from VCT, sealed concrete, and tile in one pass. Solution drops from the 11-gallon tank ahead of the brush; behind it, the 31-inch squeegee and 0.6 hp vacuum pull the dirty water into the 12-gallon recovery tank and leave the floor dry enough to walk on.
Power comes from a 24V TPPL battery set. Thin plate pure lead cells recharge quickly and stay maintenance-free, and the on-board charger refills them between shifts. A full charge keeps it scrubbing 3 to 4 hours, enough for most single-shift routes to finish without a battery swap.
