The Tornado BD 30/20 (model TS530-W30-U) is the largest walk-behind disc scrubber Tornado builds: a 30" cleaning path on dual 15" disc pads, 20-gallon solution and 22-gallon recovery tanks, and 33,798 sq. ft. per hour of theoretical productivity. Dual 350W brush motors deliver up to 110 lbs of adjustable down pressure, a 570W vacuum recovers solution for dry floors in one pass, and a 300W traction drive climbs ramps to 10% grade fully loaded. Running 3–4 hours per charge, it's built for big-box retail, warehouse, and convention-center floors where a 26" machine runs out of shift before the floor is done.

The extra 4" of path over the BD 26/20 comes from larger 15" discs on the same brush-motor platform, so coverage climbs without added weight or drive-system complexity.

What Ships in the Box

The BD 30/20 ships complete: one pad holder (part 48814020), an on-board 24V charger, and the battery set matched to the model ordered. Lead Acid (TS530-W30-UC) includes four 99506 6V Lead Acid batteries; AGM (TS530-W30-UG) includes four 99558 AGM batteries. Front and rear squeegees come installed, and the 15" pad driver with Mighty Lock is included.
