The Tornado BD 28/27 (model TS560-W28-UG, AGM battery) is a 24V ride-on disc scrubber that cleans a 27.5" path from two 14" brushes and covers 37,673 sq. ft. per hour. Matched 27-gallon solution and 27-gallon recovery tanks cut refill stops, the disc deck drives up to 132 lbs of brush pressure at 160 RPM, and the sealed AGM pack keeps the machine running between charges without acid maintenance. It fits facilities with wide open floors where one operator covers ground all shift.

Who the BD 28/27 Is For
Ride-on reach suits large open floors such as supermarket aisles, warehouse bays, school commons, and hospital corridors where square footage rewards a seated operator over a walk-behind. The seated platform spares the crew fatigue across multi-shift programs, and a tight 6-foot turning circle still works the ends of aisles and around fixed displays. How the Deck, Tanks, and Battery Work
Two 14" disc brushes spin at 160 RPM and press down at up to 132 lbs to lift ground-in soil from smooth VCT, sealed concrete, and tile. A 580 W vacuum motor pulls spent solution through the 33.8" squeegee, which retracts in reverse so it clears without tearing.
Solution feeds from a 27-gallon tank and spent water returns to a matching 27-gallon recovery tank, both molded in polyethylene to shrug off knocks and chemical wear. Because the 24V AGM battery is sealed, there is no watering or acid handling between charges.
