A 0.3 HP disc brush spins at 180 RPM and a 0.8 HP vacuum motor pulls water through a 16-inch squeegee, clearing 13,342 sq. ft. per hour. The 3.5-gallon solution and 4-gallon recovery tanks ride on a 24V cordless battery, and at 132 lbs without battery the machine is light enough to move between floors by elevator.

How the Brush Deck, Tanks, and Battery Work
The 0.3 HP disc brush agitates the floor at 180 RPM while the 0.8 HP vacuum draws solution up through the 16-inch squeegee, so the surface is left damp rather than wet. Clean solution holds in the 3.5-gallon tank and recovery water collects in the slightly larger 4-gallon tank.
A 24V AGM battery with on-board charger keeps the unit cordless through a cleaning route and tops up from a wall outlet afterward.
