The Activator 2000 with Dual Auto Kit is the production-scale vehicle treatment solution. While the Single Auto Kit treats one car at a time, the Dual Auto Kit runs two vehicles simultaneously from the same unit — cutting treatment time in half for high-volume operations like auction houses, dealer groups, or fleet management companies treating dozens of vehicles per day.
How the Dual Auto Kit Works
The kit splits the Activator 2000's ozone output through a Y-manifold into two independent hose-and-bag assemblies, each routed into a sealed vehicle interior. Both vehicles receive simultaneous ozone treatment for the same session duration. The manifold maintains adequate output to each channel — at 20,000 mg/hr, there's enough ozone production to treat two vehicles without a meaningful reduction in per-vehicle concentration.
