+1 (978) 295-7538272-27-06-PWP RO/DI Package — High-Mod Carbon Fiber 50-Foot Pole for Five-Story Window Cleaning
The Pure Water Power 272-27-06-PWP pairs the four-stage RO/DI filtration cart with a high-modulus carbon fiber 50-foot water-fed pole at a lower price point than the Kevlar equivalent (272-27-10-PWP). High-modulus carbon fiber has a higher stiffness-to-weight ratio than intermediate-modulus or standard carbon fiber — the key performance difference over entry-level poles at extended lengths. At 7.3 lbs and 9 sections, this pole covers five-story facades while staying light enough for all-day operation. The RO/DI system delivers 0 TDS water for spot-free glass at 0.5–1 GPM on standard municipal supply. The package includes a 60-foot hose and 16" PWP Hybrid Brush ready to use.
272-27-06-PWP Pole Stiffness, Weight, and Reach
High-modulus carbon fiber is the performance tier between standard carbon fiber and Kevlar composite poles — stiffer per pound than standard CF, less expensive than Kevlar at equivalent reach.
- 50 ft working reach (47 ft actual pole length) — covers five-story facades and commercial rooftop-edge glazing from ground level without staging
- 7.3 lb pole weight, 9 sections — lightest pole in the 50-foot tier across pole materials; reduces wrist and shoulder fatigue over extended cleaning shifts
- 79.5" collapsed length — fits in a standard cargo van interior without roof racks
- 0.5–1 GPM at 50 PSI — 40" RO membrane plus 10" DI resin delivers 0 TDS output for spot-free glass
- 60 ft hose included — adequate for most standard building setbacks; additional hose can be connected via quick-connect fittings
- 16" PWP Hybrid Brush with Fast Lock and 4 pencil jets — same brush as across the full PWP lineup; targeted pencil jets for frame-glass junction cleaning
272-27-06-PWP Applications and Environments
Window cleaning contractors entering the water-fed pole market who need a five-story capable setup without the cost premium of Kevlar construction use the 272-27-06-PWP as a complete, professional-grade starting package. Commercial building maintenance crews with recurring five-story cleaning contracts find the 7.3-lb weight meaningful across a full day of cleaning — approximately 1 pound lighter than the Kevlar equivalent at this reach. Solar panel maintenance companies on commercial flat-rooftop arrays where ground-level access to all panel rows exists use this reach for standard roof installations. Property management companies cleaning hotel exterior glazing, classroom building windows, and municipal office facades keep this package as a permanent in-house cleaning solution.
Pure Water Compatibility and Setup Notes
The 272-27-06-PWP uses the same 4-stage RO/DI cart (50" × 20" × 15", 75 lbs) as all packages in the 272-27 series. At 50 feet of working height, supply pressure concerns are minimal — most municipal connections maintain enough pressure for rated output without modification. The 60-foot hose is standard for this reach; if the job site requires the cart to be positioned more than 45 feet from the building face, an additional hose section connects via the included quick-connect fittings.
