The flat-free wheeled cart rolls to the job site, the pole collapses to 80 inches for transport, and the package includes 60 feet of hose and the 16-inch Hybrid Fast Lock brush.

Shipping & Returns

Cancellations: cancel any time before your order ships. Refunds are issued for the order total minus the non-refundable payment processing fee (2.9% + $0.30), so a cancellation is not always a 100% refund. No fee is deducted if we cancel the order or the item arrives damaged or defective.

The 272-27-20 uses the Double RO/DI cart (1.75 GPM, no pump, 80.6 lbs, freestanding) with the 50-foot Kevlar pole. The 272-27-31 uses the Little Beast (2.5 GPM, booster pump, 141.7 lbs, vehicle-mountable) with the same pole. Choose Double RO/DI for site-to-site portability; choose Little Beast for van-mounted operations or high-flow needs.
Does the 272-27-20 require a booster pump?
No. The Double RO/DI system runs on standard 50 PSI tap pressure, producing 1 to 1.75 GPM without a pump.

Can I run two poles from the Double RO/DI system?
Yes. At 1.75 GPM maximum output, the system supplies two operators at approximately 0.875 GPM each — sufficient for standard 4-pencil-jet brushes on commercial glass.
Why choose the Kevlar 50-foot pole over carbon fiber at this length?
Kevlar provides impact resistance against contact with window frames, ledges, and building facades — important at 50 feet where brush pressure must be maintained against the glass and accidental contact with masonry is more likely. Pure carbon fiber is slightly stiffer but less impact-resistant.
