Shipping & Returns

Freight deliveries: inspect your equipment on arrival and note any damage on the delivery receipt. Items damaged in transit or defective on arrival are fully covered at no cost to you.

Cancellations: cancel any time before your order ships. Refunds are issued for the order total minus the non-refundable payment processing fee (2.9% + $0.30), so a cancellation is not always a 100% refund. No fee is deducted if we cancel the order or the item arrives damaged or defective.

Why are two brushes included?
The 20-inch nylon brush covers large commercial glass panels quickly. The 16-inch hybrid (nylon + boar's hair) handles initial dirty-glass cleaning and tighter window configurations where the larger brush cannot reach the full pane. Having both allows efficient use on different window types within the same job.
What buildings can the 50-foot Kevlar pole reach?
The 50-foot pole (actual 46'9" at full extension) reaches windows on buildings up to approximately 4 stories from ground level, depending on floor-to-ceiling height.
How does the 150-foot hose reel improve productivity?
