HEPA filtration makes it usable in occupied buildings and in healthcare administration areas where the exhaust matters. It is also the familiar format for crews who have not been trained on backpacks, which is a real consideration on high-turnover teams. It ships at 25 lb. On sites where the same crew also covers stairs and tight rooms, this is usually paired with a backpack rather than expected to do everything, because an upright struggles in exactly the places a backpack handles easily.

Cancellations: cancel any time before your order ships. Refunds are issued for the order total minus the non-refundable payment processing fee (2.9% + $0.30), so a cancellation is not always a 100% refund. No fee is deducted if we cancel the order or the item arrives damaged or defective.
