The heavy duty brush that came with the Core is the wrong tool for a finished floor, and swapping to a gentler grade is how the same machine covers delicate surfaces safely. This is the light duty brush for the 13 inch Core, sized and fitted for machines purchased in 2021 and older.

Prolux Core 13" light duty brush use in the field
Offices, salons, clinics, boutique retail and any building with laminate or finished wood are where this grade is used. It is also the sensible brush to fit when a machine is moving between buildings and the floor types are not known in advance. Check the purchase date of your machine before ordering, as units bought after 2021 take the updated brush.

Shipping & Returns

Freight deliveries: inspect your equipment on arrival and note any damage on the delivery receipt. Items damaged in transit or defective on arrival are fully covered at no cost to you.
Cancellations: cancel any time before your order ships. Refunds are issued for the order total minus the non-refundable payment processing fee (2.9% + $0.30), so a cancellation is not always a 100% refund. No fee is deducted if we cancel the order or the item arrives damaged or defective.
