The Novatek DDS-3 converts an existing drill into a dust-free tool in minutes. The steel shroud sits at the bit, captures silica dust at the point of cut, and feeds it through a dust port to a connected vacuum so debris never reaches the operator. For contractors drilling larger anchor and core holes on occupied or inspected sites, it controls visible airborne concrete dust without buying a dedicated dust-control drill.
What the DDS-3 Does on Large-Bit Drilling
The DDS-3 accepts bits up to 2 7/8" diameter, covering high speed steel, wood, concrete, and spade bits. The steel body holds a consistent cutting depth, a spring-loaded design keeps the shroud in contact with the surface for vacuum containment, and an included rubber bellows extends reach for longer bits. Attach a vacuum hose to the dust port and the captured dust goes straight to collection.
