Namco 11105-14 14-Inch Battery Floor Scrubber – 400W, 180 RPM, 3.4-Gal Recovery

Namco 11105-14 14-Inch Battery Walk-Behind Floor Scrubber – 180 RPM Disc Drive

The Namco 11105-14 is a 14-inch battery walk-behind disc floor scrubber running at 180 RPM on a 24V AGM battery system. With a 2.9-gallon solution tank and 3.4-gallon recovery tank, it covers 9,149 square feet per hour—appropriate for restrooms, breakrooms, narrow corridors, and other areas where larger scrubbers cannot navigate or are overpowered for the task.

11105-14 Motor, Brush Speed, and Tank Configuration

• Brush motor: 400W at 180 RPM — disc scrub head delivers consistent brush contact on tile, VCT, and epoxy concrete within the 14-inch path.
• Solution tank: 2.9 gallons — adequate for restroom and breakroom cleaning cycles without mid-cycle refill.
• Recovery tank: 3.4 gallons — 0.5 gallons larger than the solution tank; built-in margin prevents recovery overflow during deep cleaning passes with high moisture return.
• Battery: 24V AGM maintenance-free — no watering required; charged via standard outlet.
• Coverage: 9,149 sq ft/hr — sufficient for restrooms, service corridors, and small commercial areas in a standard cleaning shift.
• Noise: 68 dB — appropriate for daytime use in occupied facilities.
• Folding handle — collapses for compact storage in janitor closets and service carts.

Applications for the 14-Inch Compact Scrubber

The 14-inch cleaning path fits through standard restroom stall doorways (typically 24–32 inches) and around toilet bases, allowing the machine to reach surfaces that wider scrubbers miss. Schools, hospitals, airports, and large office buildings use compact scrubbers like the 11105-14 for restroom circuits—a route pattern where the scrubber cleans multiple restrooms in sequence without relocating to a charging station between stops. The folding handle allows the machine to fit in elevator cabs for multi-floor cleaning routes.

AGM Battery System and Maintenance

AGM (Absorbent Glass Mat) batteries are sealed, maintenance-free, and do not require water level checks or venting that flooded lead-acid batteries need. This reduces routine maintenance to charging only—no electrolyte management, no acid spillage risk during transport, and no special storage requirements. The 24V system charges from standard 120V outlet via the included charger; most operators achieve full charge in 6–8 hours overnight. AGM batteries are rated for approximately 400–600 full charge cycles before capacity begins to degrade significantly.
