Three-Phase Natural Gas Heat for Continuous-Duty Wash Bays
The Mi-T-M HG-3004-3208 is a natural gas hot water pressure washer that delivers 3,000 PSI at 3.9 GPM for stationary, high-volume cleaning. It heats wash water with a 338,000 BTU per hour natural gas burner and runs on an 8.0 HP electric motor wired for 208V Three-Phase power. Built for fixed wash bays, fleet shops, and food or agricultural facilities with a steady fuel supply, it combines the grease-cutting power of hot water with the low running cost of piped natural gas.
208V Three-Phase Power and 8.0 HP Motor
The HG-3004-3208 runs on an 8.0 HP open drip-proof electric motor with thermal overload protection, wired for 208V Three-Phase service and draws 23.0A at full load. A 24-volt control system separates the operator controls from line voltage. Three-phase service holds current draw lower for continuous-duty operation in industrial wash bays. Because the motor is electric rather than gas, the unit produces no engine exhaust and can run indoors where engine-driven washers cannot.
338,000 BTU Natural Gas Burner and Schedule 80 Coil
Heat comes from a natural-draft, aspirating-type burner rated at 338,000 BTU per hour on natural gas or 326,000 BTU per hour on LP vapor, vented through a 10-inch stack. Water passes through a half-inch Schedule 80 coil heat exchanger and reaches a maximum outlet temperature of 200 degrees F, or 250 degrees F with the HX-0121 steam upgrade. Electronic ignition with an intermittent pilot fires the burner only on demand, and a thermal relief valve protects the pump during bypass.
General Belt-Drive Pump and Included Accessories
A General belt-drive pump with a factory-preset unloader and an adjustable high-pressure detergent injector drives the system, backed by a 7-year pump warranty alongside a 3-year coil and 1-year motor warranty. The stationary frame and side panels are powder-coated steel. Each unit ships with a 50-foot, three-eighths-inch steel wire-braided hose with quick connects, an insulated trigger gun with safety lock-off, an adjustable insulated dual lance, and 0, 15, 25, and 40 degree quick-connect nozzles. The HG-3004-3208 is CSA certified for use from 0 to 2,000 feet above sea level.

Mi-T-M HG-3004-3208 Natural Gas Hot Water Pressure Washer...
It is a stationary natural gas hot water pressure washer for fixed wash bays. Facilities use it for heavy degreasing, fleet and equipment washing, food processing cleanup, and manufacturing maintenance, where hot water cuts grease and oil that cold water leaves behind. It delivers 3,000 PSI at 3.9 GPM.
Can the HG-3004-3208 run on propane instead of natural gas?
Yes. The burner converts to LP (vapor only) with the X-0105 option and produces 326,000 BTU per hour on LP, compared with 338,000 BTU per hour on natural gas.
Can the HG-3004-3208 run indoors?
Yes, with proper ventilation. The electric motor produces no engine exhaust, so the unit can operate inside a building, and the gas burner vents through a 10-inch natural-draft stack. It is designed as a permanently plumbed indoor unit.
What electrical service does the HG-3004-3208 require?
It runs on an 8.0 HP electric motor wired for 208V three-phase power, drawing 23.0A at full load. A 24-volt control system isolates the operator controls from line voltage, and the motor is open drip-proof with thermal overload protection.
How hot does the water get?
Maximum outlet temperature is 200 degrees F. With the HX-0121 steam upgrade it reaches 250 degrees F for steam cleaning.
What is included with the HG-3004-3208?

Located in the Twin Cities in Minnesota, we acquired our Brio Air Filter in mid-late Spring of this year (2023) when pollen count was high and we were beginning to experience the effects of Poor Air Quality Index as a result of smoke particulates from fires in Canada that caused the air in much of Minnesota to become hazy and simply dirty.
It is so easy to share our experience with the Brio Air Filter given how quickly and efficiently it removed pollen, dust, and smoke particles from the environment inside our home. Two people in our home who suffer from pollen-related allergies during the spring immediately experienced easier breathing and elimination of symptoms within the house. With respect to smoke particulates from Canada drifting into our environment, EVERYONE in our home experienced directly improved breathing and smell of the air when entering from outside.
An additional piece of information to account for is that we have always employed high grade furnace filters in our home’s central HVAC system. With that high grade filtration in place both prior to and after acquiring a Brio home air filter, we all quickly agreed that deploying the Brio in our home made an easily noticeable positive difference in breathing inside our home. Additionally, those of us who clean our home have observed that dust builds up slower on our floors and furniture than before we deployed the Brio unit.
We did note that the Brio is not as quiet as a few other brands/models on the market that we have tried in our home but the efficiency and quality of the filtration, along with the air turnover rate it provides, allows us to locate the Brio unit in central rooms away from the bedrooms. Since we made that change there has been no noise-related effect on our sleep, while the unit maintains the same level of air cleanliness throughout our home.
A last key point to make is how easy the Brio unit is to maintain. The simplicity of the modular construction of the Brio unit makes it very quick and easy to keep the filtration sections clean. We have not yet reached a point of filter replacement but it is obvious to us that the replacement will take a matter of seconds and can be executed by anyone in our home, including our 10-year-old son.
It seems to help reduce my allergy issues. We're glad we bought it. The only problem I had was not seeing any cubic footage recommendations in the online description when purchasing the unit. Bedrooms vary widely in size!!
