The Mi-T-M HG-3004-1208 is a natural gas hot water pressure washer that delivers 3,000 PSI at 3.9 GPM for stationary, high-volume cleaning. It heats wash water with a 338,000 BTU per hour natural gas burner and runs on an 8.0 HP electric motor wired for 208V Single-Phase power. Built for fixed wash bays, fleet shops, and food or agricultural facilities with a steady fuel supply, it combines the grease-cutting power of hot water with the low running cost of piped natural gas.
208V Single-Phase Power and 8.0 HP Motor
The HG-3004-1208 runs on an 8.0 HP open drip-proof electric motor with thermal overload protection, wired for 208V Single-Phase service. A 24-volt control system separates the operator controls from line voltage. Single-phase wiring lets the unit run in shops that do not have three-phase service at the panel. Because the motor is electric rather than gas, the unit produces no engine exhaust and can run indoors where engine-driven washers cannot.
338,000 BTU Natural Gas Burner and Schedule 80 Coil
Heat comes from a natural-draft, aspirating-type burner rated at 338,000 BTU per hour on natural gas or 326,000 BTU per hour on LP vapor, vented through a 10-inch stack. Water passes through a half-inch Schedule 80 coil heat exchanger and reaches a maximum outlet temperature of 200 degrees F, or 250 degrees F with the HX-0121 steam upgrade. Electronic ignition with an intermittent pilot fires the burner only on demand, and a thermal relief valve protects the pump during bypass.
General Belt-Drive Pump and Included Accessories
A General belt-drive pump with a factory-preset unloader and an adjustable high-pressure detergent injector drives the system, backed by a 7-year pump warranty alongside a 3-year coil and 1-year motor warranty. The stationary frame and side panels are powder-coated steel. Each unit ships with a 50-foot, three-eighths-inch steel wire-braided hose with quick connects, an insulated trigger gun with safety lock-off, an adjustable insulated dual lance, and 0, 15, 25, and 40 degree quick-connect nozzles. The HG-3004-1208 is CSA certified for use from 0 to 2,000 feet above sea level.
