CM-3000-0MMB Gas Pressure Washer — 3000 PSI Direct Drive for Contractors
The Mi-T-M ChoreMaster CM-3000-0MMB is a compact, direct-drive gasoline pressure washer delivering 3,000 PSI at 2.4 GPM — 7,200 cleaning units. Powered by a 212cc Mi-T-M OHV engine paired with an axial pump, it sits at the entry point of the ChoreMaster series and is sized right for maintenance crews who need portable power without a full-frame cart. Cold water only; for grease and oil removal, step up to a Mi-T-M hot-water model.
CM-3000-0MMB Cleaning Output and Pump Configuration
At 3,000 PSI and 2.4 GPM, this unit produces enough force for concrete, siding, and equipment washing — the fixed-pressure unloader keeps the system stable during extended operation at consistent pressure.
3,000 PSI at 2.4 GPM (7,200 CU) — adequate output for driveways, equipment surfaces, and facility exteriors without over-pressuring painted or coated substrates
212cc Mi-T-M OHV engine — Mi-T-M's own single-cylinder overhead valve engine; straightforward to service without dealership support in the field
Axial pump with forged brass manifold — brass manifold resists corrosion and extends pump life compared to aluminum-manifold competitors at this price point
Thermal relief valve — releases pressure when the trigger is held closed for extended periods, preventing pump damage on hot days
Built-in low-pressure detergent injector — applies soap at low pressure before switching to rinse without swapping nozzles
10-inch flat-free tires — no flats on job sites with loose gravel, broken concrete, or metal debris
CM-3000-0MMB Applications and Environments
Small contracting operations running one or two pressure washers will find this unit handles sidewalk cleaning, equipment rinse-down, and facility exterior washing without requiring a dedicated trailer. The 75 lb net weight and 37-inch frame length fit in a standard pickup bed without removing the tailgate. Property maintenance companies managing multiple buildings use it for seasonal wash-downs of parking structures, loading docks, and trash enclosures — tasks where a higher-output machine would be overkill and harder to justify for part-time use. Agricultural operations cleaning livestock equipment and ATV wash stations also run this series for its low-maintenance engine platform.
CM-3000-0MMB GPM, PSI, and Nozzle Configuration

What is the cleaning unit output of the CM-3000-0MMB?
The CM-3000-0MMB produces 7,200 cleaning units (3,000 PSI × 2.4 GPM). Cleaning units are the standard way to compare pressure washer productivity — higher CU means faster surface cleaning per pass.
What engine powers the CM-3000-0MMB and how is it serviced?
It runs a 212cc Mi-T-M OHV single-cylinder engine. Standard oil-change intervals apply; Mi-T-M publishes service intervals in the included manual. Parts are available through Mi-T-M's dealer network without requiring a specialized service center.
What pump type does the CM-3000-0MMB use, and how does it compare to a crankshaft pump?
The CM-3000-0MMB uses an axial pump — simpler and lighter than a crankshaft pump, appropriate for the 3,000 PSI output range. Crankshaft pumps are used in Mi-T-M's higher-output Work Pro series (3,200–4,200 PSI) for longer continuous-duty cycles.
Is the CM-3000-0MMB hot water or cold water?
Cold water only. Hot water raises solution temperature, which is critical for grease, oil, and food residue. For those applications, Mi-T-M's HSP or HHS hot-water series would be more appropriate.
Can the CM-3000-0MMB be sold and used in California?
No — the standard 212cc Mi-T-M OHV engine is a 49-state engine and does not meet California Air Resources Board (CARB) emission standards. A CARB-compliant version is available; contact the factory before ordering for California delivery.
What accessories are included with the CM-3000-0MMB?
The unit ships with three quick-connect nozzles (15°, 25°, and detergent), a 25-foot wire-braided hose, and a 36-inch two-piece lance with trigger gun. No surface cleaner attachment or hot water capability is included.

Located in the Twin Cities in Minnesota, we acquired our Brio Air Filter in mid-late Spring of this year (2023) when pollen count was high and we were beginning to experience the effects of Poor Air Quality Index as a result of smoke particulates from fires in Canada that caused the air in much of Minnesota to become hazy and simply dirty.
It is so easy to share our experience with the Brio Air Filter given how quickly and efficiently it removed pollen, dust, and smoke particles from the environment inside our home. Two people in our home who suffer from pollen-related allergies during the spring immediately experienced easier breathing and elimination of symptoms within the house. With respect to smoke particulates from Canada drifting into our environment, EVERYONE in our home experienced directly improved breathing and smell of the air when entering from outside.
An additional piece of information to account for is that we have always employed high grade furnace filters in our home’s central HVAC system. With that high grade filtration in place both prior to and after acquiring a Brio home air filter, we all quickly agreed that deploying the Brio in our home made an easily noticeable positive difference in breathing inside our home. Additionally, those of us who clean our home have observed that dust builds up slower on our floors and furniture than before we deployed the Brio unit.
We did note that the Brio is not as quiet as a few other brands/models on the market that we have tried in our home but the efficiency and quality of the filtration, along with the air turnover rate it provides, allows us to locate the Brio unit in central rooms away from the bedrooms. Since we made that change there has been no noise-related effect on our sleep, while the unit maintains the same level of air cleanliness throughout our home.
A last key point to make is how easy the Brio unit is to maintain. The simplicity of the modular construction of the Brio unit makes it very quick and easy to keep the filtration sections clean. We have not yet reached a point of filter replacement but it is obvious to us that the replacement will take a matter of seconds and can be executed by anyone in our home, including our 10-year-old son.
It seems to help reduce my allergy issues. We're glad we bought it. The only problem I had was not seeing any cubic footage recommendations in the online description when purchasing the unit. Bedrooms vary widely in size!!
