+1 (978) 295-7538Mi-T-M CBA-4004-1MAK — Belt-Drive 4000 PSI with Kohler CH440 and AR Pump
The CBA-4004-1MAK delivers 4,000 PSI at 3.4 GPM through an AR pump belt-driven by a 429cc Kohler CH440 OHV engine.
CBA-4004-1MAK Kohler CH440 and AR Pump Specifications
- 429cc Kohler CH440 OHV Command Pro engine — full-pressure lubrication, cast-iron bore, commercial duty cycle; Pressure Relief Start standard.
- AR triplex pump at 4,000 PSI / 3.4 GPM — forged brass manifold; Mi-T-M adjustable-pressure unloader; 13,600 cleaning units output.
- Belt drive with two-piece belt guard — pump runs 30–40% slower than engine; guard protects belt from water, debris, and chemical splash.
- Thermal relief valve and clear-sleeve water filter — automatic pump protection and quick-inspect filter maintenance.
Industrial and Commercial Cleaning at 4000 PSI
The CBA-4004-1MAK handles the same heavy-cleaning roster as other CBA-4004 variants: graffiti removal, paint preparation, rubber-deposit stripping, concrete residue cleaning, and heavy equipment degreasing. The CH440's full-pressure lubrication system also performs more consistently in cold-weather starting conditions common in northern climates.
Included Accessories and Documentation
Includes quick-connect nozzles 0°, 15°, 25°, and 40°; 50-ft non-marking hose; 48-inch lance; insulated trigger gun. Optional CX-0082 external bypass at order time only.
