+1 (978) 295-7538CA-3504-1MAM Gas Pressure Washer — CA Aluminum Series 3500 PSI with Mi-T-M OHV Engine
The CA-3504-1MAM produces 3500 PSI at 3.5 GPM — 12,250 cleaning units — from a 420cc Mi-T-M OHV engine paired with an AR crankshaft pump on Mi-T-M's 125-lb aluminum frame.
CA-3504-1MAM Engine and Single-Brand Service Advantage
- AR crankshaft pump, forged brass manifold, thermal relief valve — AR rated for sustained 3500 PSI; brass handles mineral water; thermal valve protects seals during idle
- Vibration isolation plate, 50-ft hose, 48-in lance — vibration dampening extends pump seal life; 48-in lance extends reach for elevated surfaces
- CX-0098 External Bypass System available — must be ordered with unit; protects AR pump from heat build-up during trigger-closed periods
CA-3504-1MAM Applications and Environments
Mi-T-M fleet operators use the CA-3504-1MAM to standardize engine parts across their full pressure washer inventory: one oil specification, one air filter, one service technician, one parts supplier for all units from 2400 PSI to 3500 PSI. Construction companies that already have Mi-T-M dealer accounts use the 12,250 CU output for equipment prep between sites, concrete form cleaning, and building exterior washing. Industrial facilities apply it to production equipment washdown between manufacturing runs. Agricultural producers use it for post-harvest machinery cleaning where sustained high-pressure output clears caked residues that lighter units cannot handle in reasonable time.
CA-3504-1MAM GPM, PSI, and Nozzle Configuration
Rated at 3.5 GPM at 3500 PSI (12,250 cleaning units) at rated flow. Includes quick-connect nozzles in 0°, 15°, and 25° patterns; 50-ft × 3/8-in non-marking high-pressure hose; 48-in lance with insulated trigger gun. Cold water only.
