The TS-21 is the largest machine in Mercury's Cleanmaster series, sharing the same 1.5 HP 66-frame D/C rectified motor and triple-planetary transmission as the 17" and 19" models but covering more floor per pass with its 21" apron. It switches between 175 RPM for scrubbing and stripping, and 300 RPM for spray buffing and polishing. The Tri-Lock pad driver secures pads without the wobble common in spring-loaded drivers, and the 6" non-marking retractable wheels make repositioning between tasks easier than on fixed-wheel designs.
