The Modern 20 XHD drives brushes and pads at a listed 165 RPM for commercial floor maintenance. It comes with a HAWK-Lok pad driver, and the handle detaches for transport between jobs.
Modern 20 XHD: Corded Operation and Removable Steel Handle
A 1.5 HP dual-capacitor AC motor powers the drive. The commercial cord has a connection lock, and the all-steel handle comes off without tools.
- The detachable handle comes off without tools before loading.
- The listed brush and pad speed is 165 RPM.
- The Pin-Set lock secures the handle in the selected position without a friction-lock mechanism.
- The 50 ft. commercial cord has a cord lock to secure the power connection.
- The machine rolls on non-marking ball-bearing wheels.
- A HAWK-Lok tufted bristle driver is included.
Modern 20 XHD for offices, schools and healthcare buildings
The removable handle makes loading easier for cleaning companies moving between office-building accounts. School district crews can roll the machine between work areas on its ball-bearing wheels. Shipping & Returns
Free shipping on most brands for orders over $300, delivered to the lower 48 states. Any brand-specific freight rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing & delivery: in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically deliver in 5–7 business days. Tracking is emailed within 24 hours of shipment. Built-to-order and backordered equipment shows its lead time on this page.
Freight deliveries: inspect your equipment on arrival and note any damage on the delivery receipt. Items damaged in transit or defective on arrival are fully covered at no cost to you.
Cancellations: cancel any time before your order ships. Refunds are issued for the order total minus the non-refundable payment processing fee (2.9% + $0.30), so a cancellation is not always a 100% refund. No fee is deducted if we cancel the order or the item arrives damaged or defective.
