Flight 48 floor finishing for large areas

The Hawk Flight 48 applies finishes, restorers and disinfectants through a 48-inch aluminum head. Its listed application rate is 27,500 square feet per hour. Commercial floor-care crews can adjust the battery-powered pump's flow to control how much solution reaches the floor.

Flight 48 Wide Coverage with Flow Adjustment

Control solution delivery from the handle as the applicator bar spreads it across the floor. A magnetic wheel sensor activates the pump as you pull.

  • The 48-inch aluminum head has a listed application rate of 27,500 square feet per hour.
  • A patented variable-flow control regulates solution delivery from the 70 PSI pump.
  • The battery-powered pump starts as you pull, activated by a wheel-mounted magnetic sensor.
  • The pin-locked handle adjusts from 32 to 40 inches to suit the operator.
  • Choose the pad for the finish. Use microfiber for water-based finishes or lambs wool with synthetic yarn for solvent-based finishes, following the finish label.
  • The bar and pad disconnect for cleaning and storage after use.

Shipping & Returns

Freight deliveries: inspect your equipment on arrival and note any damage on the delivery receipt. Items damaged in transit or defective on arrival are fully covered at no cost to you.

Cancellations: cancel any time before your order ships. Refunds are issued for the order total minus the non-refundable payment processing fee (2.9% + $0.30), so a cancellation is not always a 100% refund. No fee is deducted if we cancel the order or the item arrives damaged or defective.
