The Hawk Enterprises ORBITEC20-3 is the 20-inch Orbitec planetary diamond tool driver for concrete and stone polishing. The 19.5-inch drive assembly has six independent tool heads and requires a 1.5 HP severe-duty floor machine operating at 165 RPM.
Polish with Independently Rotating Tool Heads
The diamond tools sit on sealed ball-bearing pedestals and rotate opposite the drive plate.
- The plate turns clockwise at 165 RPM while the 3-inch tools turn counterclockwise at 400 RPM.
- Hook facing holds round tools with hook-and-loop backing, so tooling changes require no shop tools.
- Cool-running planetary operation helps extend diamond-tool life.
- The custom-milled aluminum clutch plate allows the driver to be installed and removed.
