The Hawk Enterprises HP0035 is a 13-inch XHD carbide scraper with three cutting heads and a 12-inch drive plate. Driven by the specified Hawk severe-duty floor machine, it removes tile adhesive, carpet backing, industrial grease, soil and coatings from hard surfaces.
Set the Cutting Edge for the Scraping Task
Position the blades in the rigid cutter mounts to use either a wide cutting edge or a sharp cutting point.
- Dual-position mounts allow wide-edge or pointed blade positioning.
- Each 1-inch by 1-inch carbide blade has eight cutting edges.
- Accessible Allen-head bolts secure the cutter holders for servicing.
- A custom-milled aluminum clutch plate and riser are included for mounting.
HP0035 machine requirements and handling
HP0035 requires a 13-inch Hawk severe-duty floor machine with 1.5 HP, an 11:1 industrial gear set and a 165 RPM drive speed. The distributor lists three cutting heads for this 13-inch model. Unplug the floor machine before mounting or removing the scraper, and wear gloves when handling its sharp cutting edges.
