The Ebac LD82 is a self-contained kiln dehumidifier that dries up to three cubic meters of sawn timber inside a workshop-built chamber. It runs on standard 110V power and ships with the STC1 controller, so a small mill or furniture maker can dry mixed species and thicknesses without a fired kiln.

- Dries mixed loads of species and thickness together without the splitting and case-hardening that fast, hot kilns cause
- Low-temperature operation keeps wood degrade low, which protects yield on figured and high-value stock
- Included STC1 controller sets temperature and proportional drying time so the cycle runs to plan
- 460 CFM centrifugal fan spreads air evenly through the stack for consistent moisture across the load
- Stainless steel collection tray resists the corrosion that constant condensate would cause in a steel pan
- Runs on roughly 1 kW per three hours, which keeps drying cost low over a multi-week cycle
LD82 Applications and Environments
The LD82 is built for small sawmills, furniture and cabinet shops, and woodworkers who air-dry then need to bring stock to interior moisture content. It mounts in a chamber the user builds from simple materials, drawing moisture out of the air so the wood gives up water gradually. At up to three cubic meters per load it suits a one-person shop or a hobbyist working valuable hardwoods.

Shipping & Returns

Freight deliveries: inspect your equipment on arrival and note any damage on the delivery receipt. Items damaged in transit or defective on arrival are fully covered at no cost to you.
Cancellations: cancel any time before your order ships. Refunds are issued for the order total minus the non-refundable payment processing fee (2.9% + $0.30), so a cancellation is not always a 100% refund. No fee is deducted if we cancel the order or the item arrives damaged or defective.
