Most drilling on a site is not core work — it is hundreds of anchor holes for hangers, strut and fixtures. The 1-3/8 inch BitBuddie is sized for that, enclosing the bit and hole and capturing up to 99% of the dust as it drills.
D1900 Size, Seal and Connection
Small and light, because it goes up the ladder with the drill.

- Captures up to 99% of drilling dust — enclosure at the hole rather than downstream
- Flexible rubber body — attaches to any surface for a tight seal, wall or overhead

- Connects to a 2.25" hard vacuum cuff — standard jobsite vacuum connection

D1900 Applications and Environments
Electrical and mechanical crews hanging strut, conduit and pipe run this hole after hole; fire protection contractors use it for hanger anchors overhead. Interior fit-out crews use it in finished spaces where drill dust means a cleanup bill. It ships with the 1-3/8" BitBuddie, an 18-inch adapter hose and a releasable tie, and it is designed to help contractors meet OSHA's respirable crystalline silica standard (29 CFR 1926.1153) when paired with an appropriately rated vacuum.

Shipping & Returns

Freight deliveries: inspect your equipment on arrival and note any damage on the delivery receipt. Items damaged in transit or defective on arrival are fully covered at no cost to you.
Cancellations: cancel any time before your order ships. Refunds are issued for the order total minus the non-refundable payment processing fee (2.9% + $0.30), so a cancellation is not always a 100% refund. No fee is deducted if we cancel the order or the item arrives damaged or defective.
