Scraping a popcorn ceiling normally means a drop cloth, a respirator and an afternoon of cleanup. The ChipBuddie puts a vacuum behind the blade so the debris leaves through the hose as it comes off, capturing up to 99% of the chips and dust at the point of scraping.
