Pro HEPA 20 HV107 — 20-gallon wet/dry HEPA vacuum with drain hose

The Pro HEPA 20 is the largest tank in Delfin's Pro HEPA line and the one that handles liquids as well as dust. A 20-gallon rotationally molded polyethylene tank, a drain hose and an automatic liquid shut-off let one operator pull water and debris until the tank is full without stopping to protect the filter. Restoration and facility crews buy the HV107 when the 10-gallon dry unit runs out of tank halfway through the job.

Delfin HV107 capacity, liquid handling and transport

Tank volume only helps if emptying and filter protection keep up with it.

  • 20-gallon rotationally molded tank — the largest recovery capacity in the Pro HEPA line, so large-volume pickups run longer between stops
  • Drain hose on the tank — liquids empty through the hose instead of tipping 20 gallons over a floor sink
  • Automatic liquid shut-off — cuts suction when the tank fills, so the operator can vacuum liquid without risking damage to the HEPA filter
  • Individually tested and certified HEPA filter — 99.97% efficiency at 0.3 microns verified by particle count, with a Dacron filter bag upstream that holds airflow steady as debris loads in
  • 2 HP two-stage bypass motor — 110 CFM and 105 inches of water lift from an injection-molded motorhead, with an auxiliary tool outlet built into it
  • 10-inch rear wheels and front swivel casters — rolls over thresholds, hose runs and rough slab with a full tank
  • 65 dB(A) and a 50-foot cord — quiet enough for occupied buildings and long enough to work a floor plate from one outlet

Pro HEPA 20 applications and environments

Water damage restoration crews use the HV107 for standing-water extraction and debris pickup on the same call, since the tank takes both and drains through the hose between rooms. Abatement contractors run it where material is heavy or wet and a 10-gallon tank would mean constant bag changes; Delfin rates the certified HEPA filter for asbestos, lead and silica collection. Parking garages, warehouses, food processing plants and manufacturing floors use it as a general wet/dry machine where the exhaust air still has to be filtered. The 1.5-inch inlet accepts standard commercial tools, and the machine ships with a hose, two-piece steel wand, floor tool, crevice tool and round dust brush.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can the Pro HEPA 20 vacuum standing water?
Yes. The HV107 handles wet and dry pick-up. The rotationally molded polyethylene tank holds 20 gallons and empties through a drain hose, so 66 lbs of machine plus water never has to be tipped over a floor sink.
What protects the HEPA filter when the tank fills with liquid?
An automatic liquid shut-off cuts suction once the tank reaches capacity. Delfin states the operator can vacuum liquid continuously up to that point without risking damage to the HEPA filter.
How does the HV107 move around a site with a full tank?
10-inch rear wheels and front swivel casters, with the tank handle built into the body. That combination is what lets one operator roll 20 gallons over thresholds, hose runs and rough slab rather than emptying before every move.
Is the Pro HEPA 20 rated for asbestos, lead and silica?
Delfin rates the individually tested and certified HEPA filter — 99.97% at 0.3 microns verified by particle count — for the collection of hazardous material including asbestos, lead and silica. Confirm the task against your site's written exposure control plan before use.
What is the auxiliary outlet for?
A tool takeoff outlet on the injection-molded motorhead. Plug a dust-producing tool into it and the vacuum runs with the tool, capturing debris at the source.
How loud is the HV107, and how far does the cord reach?
65 dB(A) to EN ISO 3744, with a 50-foot power cord. Both figures are aimed at occupied buildings, where the machine has to stay quiet and reach across a floor plate from one outlet.
