+1 (978) 295-7538BGUS1500B Cordless Upright Floor Scrubber — Cord-Free Scrubbing with 5.5" Under-Furniture Reach
The BGUS1500B uses the same injection/extraction method as the corded BGUS1500, powered by a replaceable 36V 6Ah lithium-ion battery. At just 25.1 lbs with a 5.5" low-profile base, it cleans and dries hard floors in a single pass — leaving surfaces immediately walkable without trailing cords that create trip hazards or limit mobility between rooms. Bissell rates working time at 15 minutes per tank and battery autonomy at 25 minutes.
BGUS1500B Brush Speed, Water Lift, and Cleaning Productivity
The corded BGUS1500 and this battery version share the 5.5-inch base, 2.6-liter tanks and 1,500 RPM brush roller; the battery model runs at 550W with an 11-inch suction width. Buyers choosing the battery model are typically dealing with cord management problems, multi-floor facilities without convenient outlets, or environments where cord safety matters.
- 1500 RPM brush roller at 150W — same brush speed as the corded model; handles dried food, grime, and light floor polish on tile, hardwood, LVT, and sealed concrete
- 5.5" base profile — fits under standard commercial furniture, fixtures, and low toe kicks; the corded BGUS1500 shares this dimension
- 3,200 sq ft/hr coverage rate — practical productivity for retail, restaurant, and healthcare environments
- 2.6-liter solution and recovery tanks — separate clean and dirty water; suction width is 11" (280 mm)
- 69 dB noise level — suitable for occupied commercial spaces during business hours
- IPX4 water protection rating — splash-resistant
- 25.1 lbs total with battery — portable enough for multi-floor facilities; handle weight is 4.2 lbs for fatigue-reduced operation
BGUS1500B Applications and Environments
Retail stores with crowded aisles and cord hazards are the primary application — the battery model eliminates tripping hazards. Restaurants and food service operations use it during operating hours where cord management around tables and chairs is impractical. Multi-level buildings without convenient outlets between floors benefit from the battery configuration, though operators should plan for the 15-minute working time per tank.
BGUS1500B Battery and Maintenance
The BGUS1500B has a replaceable 36V 6Ah lithium-ion battery with 25 minutes of battery autonomy and a 90-minute charging time. Working time per 2.6-liter tank is 15 minutes. The squeegees and roller come off without tools for a quick rinse.
