The Zephyr is the machine for jobs a full-size unit cannot physically reach. At 61 lbs and 26 in square, it goes into crawlspaces, basements, and small mechanical rooms, and it still runs a full four-stage HEPA train ending in a 99.97% at 0.3 micron element. A drill-powered cable and brush handle the contact cleaning while the 200 CFM vacuum pulls debris into a 15 gallon dual-layer bag.
Zephyr Vacuum, Filtration, and Access
A small machine is only useful if the filtration is not cut down along with the footprint.
- 200 CFM at 75 in H2O — enough static pressure to lift debris a brush has released through a 25 ft hose run
- Four-stage HEPA — 15 gallon dual-layer collection bag, disposable polyester pre-filter, then a 9.5 x 9.5 x 2.75 in HEPA rated 99.97% at 0.3 micron
- Latched front door — filter access without tools, which is what keeps bag changes from eating the schedule on a multi-unit property
- 3 in or 2 in hose cuff — the adapter ships with the machine, so it fits the hose already in the van
- Drill-powered cable — an 18 in flexible duct brush runs from a standard drill, with a 4 in brush and Y-adapter available for dryer vents
- 61 lbs without hose — 26 in L x 26 in W x 37 in H on 12 in rear wheels and 4 in locking front casters
- Aluminum frame with ABS panels — a rotation moulded body sized for daily transport rather than shop use
Zephyr Applications and Environments
Operators buy the Zephyr for two reasons: as a first machine when starting a duct cleaning business, and as a second machine that lets a crew run a small job while the primary unit stays on a larger one. It suits apartments, condominiums, mobile homes, small offices, and dryer vent routes in multi-family buildings, along with any property where the mechanical space will not accept a 55 in tall negative air machine. Note that the power cord is ordered separately; the machine uses a 12 gauge 25 ft detachable cord, so confirm one is on hand before the first job. The 110 V build draws 13 A, and Air-Care makes a 230 V version as FG60286 at 6.5 A. Coverage is three years, with one year on the blower motor.

Shipping & Returns
