A carpet cleaning business already owns the expensive part of a duct cleaning setup: the vacuum. The TruckMaster II supplies everything else, a 1,500 W brushless brush motor on a 35 ft hose, a control box, an IR remote, and a dust damper, so duct cleaning becomes a service the same truck and the same technician can sell. The control box weighs 10.1 lbs and takes almost no space in the van.

Two details decide whether this works in the field: how the brush navigates a duct, and how the truckmount blower is protected from what comes out.
- 1,500 W brushless outrunner motor — 2,000 RPM at 96 in-oz of torque in a 1.9 in diameter package, mounted on flexible steel cable so it follows turns
- Dust damper — sits between the truckmount vacuum hose and the TruckMaster hose and keeps duct debris out of the truckmount blower wheel
- 1.5 in x 35 ft hose with 2 in cuff — with a 12 in pancake brush adjusting for 4 in to 12 in ducts, and an optional 2 in x 35 ft hose with an 18 in brush
- Infrared handheld remote — start, stop, and reverse from inside the building, using dual IR transmitters and receivers, with duplicate panel switches
- High and low brush power — a panel selector matches brush aggression to the duct liner rather than running one speed everywhere
- Regulated 12 VDC, 25 A supply — a 36 A controller with servo input, in a rotationally molded case with a built-in handle
- One-person operation — the coil-and-carry strap keeps the hose, motor, and brush arm together between registers
TruckMaster II Applications and Environments
Carpet cleaning companies use the TruckMaster II to add air duct cleaning to existing residential and light commercial routes: houses, apartments, condominiums, small offices, and restaurants already booked for carpet work. The duct opening has to be at least 5 in for the brush, motor, and hose assembly to enter, and a run with two 90-degree turns inside 12 in needs to be accessed from another opening. The unit runs on 120 V AC at 60 Hz through a 15 ft grounded cord, with a 220/240 V option, and operates from 25 to 125 °F. Air-Care covers it for three years, with one year on the circuit board, remote, and power supply, and 90 days on the hose and motor assembly.

Cancellations: cancel any time before your order ships. Refunds are issued for the order total minus the non-refundable payment processing fee (2.9% + $0.30), so a cancellation is not always a 100% refund. No fee is deducted if we cancel the order or the item arrives damaged or defective.
