The TriOx-20 puts two independent 10,000 mg/hr ozone generators, a UV-C lamp, and a 250 CFM fan in one ozone-resistant cabinet. Each generator switches separately, so a technician runs one module in a bedroom and both in a fire-damaged commercial space rather than over-treating and stretching the airing-out time. A portable ozone detector ships with the unit.
TriOx-20 Output Control, UV-C, and Cabinet
Ozone attacks the machine producing it, which is why the cabinet material matters as much as the output rating.
- Dual 10,000 mg/hr generators — 20,000 mg/hr combined, switched independently so output is matched to room volume
- UV-C germicidal lamp — breaks the molecular bonds in the DNA of bacteria, mold spores, and viruses drawn through the cabinet, adding a second mechanism alongside oxidation
- Cross-linked polyethylene housing — XLP/PEX resists ozone attack that degrades ordinary plastics, and carries a lifetime cabinet warranty
- 250 CFM fan — moves treated air out of the cabinet instead of letting ozone pool around the plates
- Ozone detector included — plus two warning door hangers and an integrated warning light, so reoccupancy is verified rather than assumed
- Disposable pad filter — three replacement pads included, protecting the plates and fan from job-site dust

TriOx-20 Applications and Environments
Restoration contractors deploy the TriOx-20 after fire and smoke losses, in mold remediation, and on severe odor jobs in apartments, hotel rooms, vehicles, and commercial kitchens where source removal alone leaves residual smell. Environmental remediation specialists and commercial cleaning contractors use it the same way on vacated spaces. Ozone treatment is for unoccupied areas only: post the door hangers, treat, then ventilate and confirm with the included detector before anyone returns. The unit is registered under EPA Establishment No. 96893-NV-1 and cannot be shipped to California. Air-Care covers the cabinet for life and the ozone generators, UV-C lamp, and 250 CFM fan for 90 days.
