Suction moves what is already loose. The Cobra VII drives a self-adjusting brush 33 ft into a duct run on a flexible cable and scrubs the wall, so a negative air machine has something to carry away. A 90 V high-torque DC motor with load correction keeps the brush turning through heavy buildup and tight bends instead of stalling, and a three-button wireless remote runs it from wherever the operator is standing.
Cobra VII Brush Range, Cable, and Motor Control
One brush covering 4 in to 18 in is what keeps a technician from carrying a case of hubs to every job.
- Self-adjusting 4 in to 18 in brush — the Flex-E-Bristle head covers dryer vents through most residential and light commercial branch runs, with an optional head to 36 in
- 33 ft flexible cable — 3/8 in core in a 5/8 in O.D. nylon housing, with a 50 ft cable available for longer trunk lines
- Load correction — the DC controller senses resistance and adjusts drive so the brush works through accumulation rather than stopping and needing to be pulled back
- Three-button wireless remote — start, stop, and reverse, with duplicate switches on the panel when the remote battery dies mid-job
- 28 lb motor case — plus 7 lbs of cable and brush, at 14.4 in W x 19.5 in D x 14 in H, so it rides in a van alongside the negative air machine
- 120/220 VAC at 7.0 A — one machine covers domestic and export voltage without a separate build
Cobra VII Applications and Environments
Contractors run the Cobra VII alongside the TurboMax II and TurboMax III negative air machines on homes, apartments, schools, hotels, offices, restaurants, and medical suites, where the brush releases what the airflow cannot. It also handles dryer vent runs in laundry rooms and multi-family buildings, and it is the step that turns a routine airflow cleaning into a contact cleaning a customer can see the result of. Keep the cable coiled loosely, roughly 24 in diameter or larger, while working, and run the optional 36 in brush only at the two lowest speed settings so the motor is not asked to spin a large head at full speed. Air-Care covers the Cobra VII for two years, with one year on the motor, circuit board, and remote, and 90 days on the cable assembly.

Shipping & Returns
Free shipping on most brands for orders over $300, delivered to the lower 48 states. Any brand-specific freight rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing & delivery: in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically deliver in 5–7 business days. Tracking is emailed within 24 hours of shipment. Built-to-order and backordered equipment shows its lead time on this page.
Freight deliveries: inspect your equipment on arrival and note any damage on the delivery receipt. Items damaged in transit or defective on arrival are fully covered at no cost to you.
Cancellations: cancel any time before your order ships. Refunds are issued for the order total minus the non-refundable payment processing fee (2.9% + $0.30), so a cancellation is not always a 100% refund. No fee is deducted if we cancel the order or the item arrives damaged or defective.
