The Bio Cart 10 puts a sealed, negative-pressure work space around a technician so ceiling tiles can come down in a live corridor without dust reaching patients, staff, or equipment. A 12 ft telescoping ladder, interior lighting, and a duplex outlet are built in, so one person rolls up, seals to the ceiling, and works. Compared with poly sheeting and a portable scrubber, setup is a single lift cycle instead of a taped enclosure that has to be rebuilt at every new location.

Bio Cart 10 Lift, Seal, and Air Handling

The cart does two jobs at once: it contains the work zone mechanically and it keeps that zone under negative pressure while the tile is open.

• Dual lift with foam top seal — bellows rise from 3 in collapsed to meet ceilings between 7 ft and 10 ft 2 in, sealing the perimeter so debris cannot fall into the room
• 880 CFM HEPA scrubber — up to six air changes per minute inside the enclosure, with filtered air exhausted low and diffused so it does not scatter paperwork on nearby desks
• Two-stage filtration — an electrostatic disposable pad catches bulk debris ahead of the 99.97% at 0.3 micron HEPA, so the expensive element is not loaded by drywall dust
• 77 in collapsed height — clears standard door frames and elevator cabs, so the cart reaches upper floors without disassembly
• Externally visible IN USE light — signals the corridor that the enclosure is sealed and under negative pressure
• Keyfob lift remote — raises and lowers the top from outside the cart when the operator wants eyes on the bellows seal
• Wipe-down interior — extruded aluminum frame with white melamine walls and a thermal coating skin, so the cart is sanitized between rooms
