The Aero1000V moves up to 1000 CFM through three-stage HEPA on a variable-speed motor, filling the gap between the compact 600-class units and the full 2000 CFM machines. It draws 5.5 amps from a standard 110V circuit, so it covers a mid-size room without the 9-amp-plus draw of the larger scrubbers. Crews choose it when a 600 MAG is too small and a 2000 CFM unit is more than the room needs.
Aero1000V Variable Speed and Airflow
A 1/2 HP variable-speed motor on a 2000 AMCA-rated blower delivers tunable mid-range airflow.
- 1000 CFM on high, variable down from there — set output to the room rather than running one fixed rate.
- 5.5 amps at 110V — lighter draw than the 9-amp full-size scrubbers, easier on shared circuits.
- 16 x 16 three-stage media — a 16x16x1/2 pre-filter and 16x16x1 secondary protect the 16x16x6 HEPA.
- 16 x 16 x 6 deep HEPA — the 6-inch depth holds more loading between changes.
- 2000 AMCA-rated direct-drive blower — steady airflow as filters load.
- 70 lb body on four casters — two swivel and two rigid casters for easy repositioning.
Aero1000V Applications and Environments
The Aero1000V fits mid-size mold and water-damage rooms, occupied office and hotel remediation, schools, and healthcare spaces where a 600-class unit is undersized but a full 2000 CFM machine is excessive. The 70 lb aircraft-aluminum body rolls on two swivel and two rigid casters with two top handles. The variable-speed control lets you keep airflow and noise low during occupied hours, then turn it up for cleanup. Its measured 18 by 20 by 31-inch footprint matches the compact 600-class chassis, so it stages in the same tight spaces while moving more air.
