The US Products Neptune 500H (05-10015-P) is the complete package version including the 13-inch Trident Wand and 15-foot hose set alongside the Neptune 500H 5.7-gallon heated dual-vac extractor. The Trident Wand is a multi-jet carpet cleaning wand that delivers even solution distribution across a 13-inch cleaning path with simultaneous vacuum recovery. The 15-foot hose provides standard professional reach for most residential and small commercial room configurations.

Trident Wand and Carpet Extraction Performance
The Trident Wand uses multiple spray jets to distribute solution uniformly across a 13-inch cleaning path — a wider pattern than single-jet wands, which reduces streaking and uneven solution application on pile carpet. During operation, the solution is sprayed into the carpet pile ahead of the wand face, agitated by the forward pass, and then extracted on the return stroke. The 15-foot hose provides adequate reach for most rooms up to 20 feet deep from the door position. For larger spaces, hose extensions are available separately. The complete 05-10015-P package allows immediate operation without sourcing additional tools.

Shipping & Returns

Cancellations: cancel any time before your order ships. Refunds are issued for the order total minus the non-refundable payment processing fee (2.9% + $0.30), so a cancellation is not always a 100% refund. No fee is deducted if we cancel the order or the item arrives damaged or defective.
