Operators can set the 50–500 PSI pump for routine carpet maintenance, restorative cleaning, or upholstery work. A 1750 W heater supplies hot water, while the vacuum motors pull used solution from the surface. US Products makes the machine in the USA and includes the wand and hose set needed for common carpet jobs.

The Neptune 500H puts pressure control, heated solution, high-lift recovery, and jobsite mobility into a compact machine built for repeated commercial use. Separate solution and recovery tanks make filling and emptying more straightforward. A ball float shutoff protects the vacuum path when the recovery tank fills, and the drain hose allows controlled emptying after each job. Warranty coverage includes 10-year limited housing, 2-year major components, and 90-day limited wear parts.
