The US Products Neptune 1200 is a non-heated commercial extractor for carpet and hard-surface cleaning. The package includes the machine, a Revolver XP hard surface tool, and a 25 ft hose set for restorative cleaning and scheduled maintenance. Operators can set the pump between 400–1200 PSI to suit the surface and soil load. Auto fill and auto dump reduce the need to stop and manage the tanks manually.
How the Neptune 1200 handles commercial cleaning
The Neptune 1200 combines adjustable pressure with automatic solution and wastewater handling. The separate solution and recovery tanks each hold 15 gallons. A ball float controls shutoff, and the 20 GPM sump pump automatically discharges recovered solution during use. The machine operates on 120 V with a 15 amps per cord draw, which trained commercial crews can account for when planning electrical access.
- Set the pressure for the job. The pump adjusts from 400–1200 PSI for carpet extraction and hard-surface cleaning.
- Recover extracted water. The 3-stage vacuum produces 180" water lift and 107 CFM.
- Spend less time managing tanks. The 15 gallons solution and recovery capacity works with auto fill and auto dump.
- Discharge recovered solution during longer jobs. The integrated 20 GPM sump pump removes wastewater while the machine is operating.
- Prevent recovery-tank overfill. A ball float automatically shuts the system off.
- Clean carpet and hard surfaces. The included Revolver XP tool handles hard-surface cleaning, and the 25 ft hose set gives operators room to work away from the machine.

The Neptune 1200 is suited to carpet-cleaning and restoration contractors who also work on hard surfaces.
